Why do people have foot fetishes? I haven’t come across any recent studies about foot fetishes. I’m going to do some research and write more on more recent studies soon. That said, for many years foot fetishism has been considered to be the most common fetish in terms of non-object and non-genital body part fetishes. Sigmund Freud claimed the reason people sexualize the is because they resemble penises. While they are great body parts for sexual penetration by people who have researched how to do it safely, there are other theories out there as well.
